Where and What:
Located on the island of Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands, the Over The Reef Yacht Club is a member of the IHCA (Hobie fleet # 189) and sponsors Hobie Cat events and public seminars about both traditional Carolinian sailing and modern sailing.
